China’s Trademark Office Reduces Official Fees from 1 April 2017

According to the new policy of China’s Trademark Office, from 1 April 2017, the official fees of China trademark applications have been reduced by 50%. The changes to the related fees are as follows:
Some points to share:
1.Fees for filing new trademark application reduce 50% to USD45.00 for 1 mark in 1 class.
2.Renewal fees reduce 50%. The cost for trademark maintain in China will be sharply cut in future.
3.The fees for all Applications concerning to TRAB reduce 50%, which include Review application, Invalidation, Opposition review and Cancellation review cases.
