Leader IP Rated As Four-Star Patent Agency of 2015

We are proud to announce that Leader IP has won the award for “Four-star patent agency of 2015”. Only nine agencies won this prestigious award out of 1,000 patent agencies throughout China.

On March 16, 2016, the Chinese Patent Agency Evaluation Committee (“the Committee”) released the 2015 stars rating list of patent agencies and attorneys in China. As an independent third party, the publisher of China Intellectual Property News has hosted such evaluation activity, i.e. “Evaluation on the Comprehensive Strength of Chinese Patent Agencies”, for four consecutive years. After onsite investigation and interview, the Committee rates the overall service quality of nationwide patent agencies through a scientific and rigorous rating system, which is based on objective data analysis, massive survey and expert assessment.

We are equally proud to announce that Ms. Fang Liu, founder of Leader IP, was rated as a “four-star patent attorney of 2015”. Only 12 patent attorneys were awarded four-star ratings nationwide. Ms. Liu is also an IP leader in China and serves as one of the first part-time technical investigators appointed by Beijing Intellectual Property Court. Another two senior partners of Leader IP, Ms. Jian Huang and Mr. Jianming Zang, were awarded respectively as three-star and two-star rating patent attorneys. In addition, two experienced patent attorneys of Leader IP, Ms. Wenjuan Yang and Ms. Shuang Ma, were respectively awarded two-star and one-star ratings.
