View: 2143 Date: 2016-06-29 11:05
According to the SIPO, its two-year long PPH Pilot Programs with the Swedish Patent and Registration Office (also referred to PRV), the Icelandic Patent Office (IPO) and the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO) would expire on June 30, 2016, since those programs were initiated from July 1, 2014.
In order to continue such convenient services for the applicants, SIPO has reached consensus with above offices to prolong the programs in the following ways:
Sino-British PPH Pilot Program will be prolonged indefinitely as from July 1, 2016, with no change in the relevant requirements and procedures;
Sino-Sweden PPH Pilot Program will be prolonged indefinitely as from July 1, 2016, with no change in the relevant requirements and procedures;
Sino-Iceland PPH Pilot Program will be prolonged for three years, i.e. from July 1, 2016 until June 30, 2019, with no change in the relevant requirements and procedures.
As to the specific requirements and procedures for each program, one may refer to http://www.sipo.gov.cn/ztzl/ywzt/pph/zn/
